Here we are, the knitrider’s blog. The purpose of this blog is to keep track, share, and keep record all of my knitting projects, as well as to meet some cool people along the way. And hopefully, have a little bit of the riding aspect as well. Sometimes, actually, always, it is difficult to photograph or record the experience of mountain/street biking, when you are a participant!

here’s the real deal. I managed to make it without wool, as wooly as it may look, but it so happens the receiver of the gift is allergic to the stuff. i found this great nylon subsitute for mohair, and doubled it up with chenille!
